Come ready to be present with the Lord in a quiet, unhurried space.
Be willing, as you are able, to be transparent and
vulnerable with both God and your spiritual director.
Turn off devices during our time together.

My Commitment as Your Spiritual Director

We begin with one introductory 60-minute meeting.
We meet monthly for 60-minute sessions.
Our conversations are held in strict confidence.
I continue to receive peer supervision through Christos Center.
I seek to build trust and provide a safe, welcoming space.
I come to each session having prayed for you, quieted my own mind, and prepared to notice the Lord’s movement with you.

A spiritual director is a trained companion who journeys with another person as they move toward a faith walk that is unique to their authentic self.

In spiritual direction, we welcome silence, learn to quiet the mind, and become more attentive to the Lord’s presence.

Together, we listen for the movement of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in the ordinary, meaningful, and difficult places of life.

Spiritual direction is not counseling, therapy, or advice-giving. It is a prayerful space to slow down and notice God.
